To attend the 3M Unitek Symposium all participants must register online or have to return the manual registration form, which can be found in downloads on this website, by fax (+971 (0) 4341 5663) or e-mail ( 3MUnitek@mci-group.com ). 1. 3M Unitek Symposium: registrants are entitled to attend the symposium on March 6 - 7, 2009
2. 3M Unitek Symposium & Incognito certification course: registrants are entitled to attend the symposium on March 6 - 7, 2009 and the Incognito Certification Course on March 8 - 9, 2009
3. 3M Unitek Symposium: Assistants with certificate & Student fee: this conference fee is only applicable for certificated assistants and students, registrants are entitled to attend the symposium on March 6 - 7, 2009.
Additional Social Networking Tickets are required for all registrants and accompanying spouses / partners.
* For administrative and preparatory reasons, (on-line) registration is possible until Thursday 26 February 2009, 12:00 hrs (GMT+ 4). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay on-site at the Grand Hyatt during congress registration hours commencing on 6 March 2009.

LANGUAGE / SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION
Symposium language is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided during the symposium (not for workshops and Incognito Certification Course) in the following languages: French, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish.
Additional simultaneous translations will be arranged depending on the number of participants of a certain language.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:
- 3M pre-reserved a limited number of hotel rooms in every mentioned hotel. Hotel rooms are booked on first come first serve basis, so it is advisable to book your hotel early.
- In the event your preferred hotel is fully booked, the Congress Secretariat reserves the right, after consultation with the participant, to book another hotel.
- To guarantee a hotel reservation, the whole stay of hotel accommodation will be charged as a deposit fee at the time of booking.
- Please note that the deadline for guaranteed room reservations is 1st January 2009. Requests for room reservations after this deadline can only be handled upon availability of rooms, available room rates and with credit card guarantee.
- All prices listed include breakfast, 10% service charge and 10% municipality fees.
- All changes to hotel reservations will be performed by MCI Dubai. All changes must be requested in writing.
- Hotel check-in time is 15.00 hrs or later. If arriving after 18.00 hrs, please notify MCI Dubai in advance. Check-out time is between 11.00 and 12.00 hrs (depending on the hotel). In order to guarantee your room availability for an early check-in or late check-out, an additional night reservation is strongly recommended.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
If you cannot attend the conference we are happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time. If you have to cancel entirely we can offer you a refund of 50% (less applicable bank charges) for both your registration fee and hotel deposit provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 1st January 2009 before 12.00 GMT+4. We regret that no refunds can be made after this deadline.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment of fees in Dollars ($) must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:- Credit Cards: VISA and MasterCard
- Bank transfer: a copy of the bank receipt must be sent by fax or e-mailed together with the completed registration form to + 971 4 341 5664 or send an email to: 3MUnitek@mci-group.com
- Cheques: are accepted but ONLY for UAE based companies issued by a UAE local bank

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Registrations not accompanied by appropriate payment as outlined above will not be honored until full payment is received.
- When names of participants are NOT stated on the bank transfer, your payment cannot be linked. Consequently, your payment will be unknown to the Administration Office.
- Only the forms of payment listed above are acceptable. Company and personal cheques are not accepted unless company is based in the UAE.
- Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
- Please do not forward any values by mail. The Organizing Committee will accept no liability for any loss.

In registering for the 3M Unitek Symposium you agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
When your completed registration form plus payment is received by the Congress Secretariat you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by email. The confirmation will include a registration number which must be submitted at the registration desk when receiving the conference badge and bag. |
